The Definition of Jewels

Ever since Miss Flora decided that Tomboy’s middle name (Rose) was prettier than hers, she adopted it as her own. After many futile attempts to get her to accept and like her own middle name (Jade), I decided to show her how beautiful Jade can be.

I did a search in Google images for jade, but the results were very boring images of green rock – not very appealing to a girl that loves everything princess and fairy like.

So I decided to put ‘jade jewels’ into the Google image search.

By this time I’d gushed and praised the beauty of jade so well that I had Boywonder, Tomboy and Miss Flora all staring at the screen waiting to see its beauty.

Unfortunately, I went from a mother gushing about how beautiful jade is to looking like a fifteen year old caught masturbating by his mother as my hands fumbled about on the keyboard, desperate to remove the images that had appeared on the screen.

My image search for jade jewels resulted in several images of a woman who sat naked upon a desk with her legs spread so far apart that I could see her larynx.

I’m assuming the kids either didn’t notice or are still in shock, as they haven’t mentioned what they saw.

A new and rather nerve-racking search for ‘jade jewellery’ resulted in the images I needed, and me being able to breathe again.

As for Miss Flora and her acceptance of Jade as her middle name – we’re still working on it…
